Tools and Techniques for Infrastructure as Code

Fri, 25 April

The cloud environment offers many benefits, including elasticity, the ability to scale up and scale down instances based on time or load, and load balancing to help with availability. To fully take advantage of these features, proper automation of the infrastructure is essential. In this presentation, we will explore the tools and techniques that can be used to effectively and successfully implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in the cloud.

Target Audience: This session is primarily aimed at OpsTech Professionals, as they are responsible for managing infrastructure in cloud environments and will benefit from learning about tools and techniques to automate infrastructure efficiently. Software Architects are the secondary audience, as designing cloud-native architectures requires an understanding of how IaC can impact system scalability and resilience. Back-end Developers may also find value, especially if they are involved in automating infrastructure setup or working closely with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications.
