Generative AI is a once-in-a-decade change sweeping through our industry. While all of us are excited by the changes Gen AI will bring to the B2C space, in this talk, we will look at how Gen AI will have a lasting impact on enterprises. In this talk, we will discuss which verticals and functions early adopters are. Lifecycle of a Gen AI project and how it differs from traditional software projects.
We will do a deep dive into financial services and the healthcare sector use cases using Gen AI. We will also look at some other trends, such as conversational AI and AI governance.
