Hiroshi Ito

Hiroshi began his career in technology at Goldman Sachs, joining as a new graduate and making significant contributions to core system development. He quickly advanced to VP/Senior Engineer, focusing on platform development and leading open-source initiatives, including serving as a committer and project lead for the Java-based Eclipse Collections and contributing to OpenJDK. After pivotal roles at two startups, Hiroshi joined READYFOR as Executive Officer and VPoE, where he scaled the engineering team from 10 to 30 members, revamped payment infrastructure, addressed technical debt, and drove new product development. In October 2022, he joined Loglass as an engineer, swiftly progressing to Engineering Manager, VPoE, and Head of Engineering. As of November 2024, Hiroshi has been appointed Executive Officer and CTO at Loglass, where he oversees the company’s technical strategy and leads continued organizational growth.
