Qualities of a Highly Effective Manager
Wed, 23 April
Some people aim for leadership positions such as team lead, manager, director, or VP, while others find themselves in these roles due to opportunities that arise. Many grow into these positions from a strong technical background, rather than formal managerial training. It doesn’t take much to become a manager, but how can we be an effective one? In this presentation, we will explore the characteristics that can help meet organizational needs and enable teams to perform at their peak, delivering great results.
Target Audience: This session is primarily aimed at People & Culture Professionals and Aspiring or Current Managers who want to enhance their leadership effectiveness and better support their teams. Software Architects and Technical Leads are the secondary audience, as many transition into leadership roles without formal management training and can benefit from understanding the qualities that contribute to effective management.
