Learning from Failures

Fri, 25 April

It is very rare that a single action causes failure. Success or failure often depends on many factors, including how we communicate, trust, execute, and more. Culture and attitude also play a significant role. Often, issues go unnoticed because that’s how we’ve always operated as a team or organization. In this presentation, we will learn from others' failures, dig deeper into the issues that lead to them, and explore how we can steer our own teams toward success.

Target Audience: This session is primarily aimed at People & Culture Professionals, as it emphasizes team dynamics, communication, and cultural impact on organizational success and failure. Software Architects are the secondary audience, as learning from failures can help them design more resilient systems and foster better collaboration across teams. OpsTech Professionals may also benefit from this session, as operational failures often involve multiple factors, and understanding these lessons can improve system reliability and incident management.
