Functional programming offers an alternative to the imperative style by reducing complexity and improving maintainability. However, many developers are more familiar with imperative approaches and may find it challenging to adopt a functional style. This session explores how AI can assist in generating functional code, while highlighting the need for careful guidance rather than relying on it blindly. Through an example-driven approach, it examines both the benefits and the limitations of using AI to create functional-style code.
