Angular Dependency Injection, In Depth

One of the most important achievements of Angular is popularizing dependency injection within the browser. When you look at the framework, it has a lot of similarities to the world of Java EE and Spring. In this session, we take an in-depth look at how Angular handles dependency injection and compare it to previous dependency injection frameworks. Along the way, we’ll look at how you can customize how Angular creates objects, and also how to interact with the dependency injection features imperatively.

Kito D. Mann is the Principal Consultant at Virtua, Inc., specializing in enterprise application architecture, training, development, and mentoring with Web Components, Polymer, Angular, JavaServer Faces, and Jakarta/Java EE technologies. He is also the co-host of the Enterprise Java Newscast, and the author of JavaServer Faces in Action (Manning). Mann has participated in several Java Community Process expert groups (including CDI, JSF, and Portlets) and is an internationally recognized speaker. He is also a Java Champion and Google Developer Expert in Web Technologies. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
