Automation-first, People-centric AIOps

Tue, 25 April

We can all agree that our teams are suffering from too much noise and toil. In a tight labor market, you can’t risk your teams burning out, but they will get bogged down by manual incident response – they can’t wait years for a lengthy, expensive implementation – they need help now. How can your teams leverage machine learning and automation to shoulder the burden of incident response and event processing? An AIOps solution can filter unnecessary noise and drive well-understood processes for your people so they can focus on building and innovating until they’re actually needed for incident response. In this session, we’ll focus on just that: the how behind AIOps — what approaches your team can use to reduce MTTR, remove manual toil, and create better business outcomes.
